The purpose of massage therapy is to prevent, develop, maintain, rehabilitate or augment physical function or relieve pain. It is a clinically-oriented health option that achieves undeniable results in the relief of an array of discomforts stemming from stress, muscular overuse and many chronic pain syndromes.

Our Massage Therapists are registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario are actively involved in continued learning and have additional training in Sports, Deep Tissue, Lymphatic and Relaxation Massage. They work independently or in conjunction with our team of Practitioners to ensure the best outcome.

He is passionate about helping clients achieve the healthy and active life style they desire. Jeff graduated from Western University in 2013 with a Masters of Physical Therapy. He also previously completed a Bachelor of Science Specialization in Kinesiology in 2010 at Western. Following this, he worked for a year as a Kinesiologist in British Columbia, prescribing and implementing exercise programs for clients recovering from motor vehicle accidents.

Jeff grew up with a love for sports including hockey, volleyball, snowboarding and golf. He played Jr B and Jr C hockey in southern Ontario growing up and continues to pass on his love for the game through coaching minor hockey. In his off time, Jeff enjoys working on his family farm near Grand Bend and maintaining a healthy lifestyle through sport and exercise.

Kelsey graduated from Western University in 2013 with a Masters of Physical Therapy. Prior to that, she completed a Bachelor of Kinesiology in 2011 at Brock University. Kelsey has worked in home care and hospital settings. She has taken post-graduate courses in Mulligan Technique, soft tissue release, acupuncture, pulmonary rehabilitation, vestibular rehabilitation, and shoulder rehabilitation. Kelsey recently completed her Level 2 course in Pelvic Health and plans to continue her education with advanced courses in pelvic health.

Kelsey is interested in treating patients using a combination of manual therapy and exercise. She has experience working with patients with joint replacements, including the knee, hip, shoulder and ankle joints.

Sandra completed her DO(MP) studies in May 2024. Osteopathy was founded in 1874 by AT Still. Osteopathy is a natural manual therapy that restores function to the body through gentle manipulation. Functional pain is a combination of our lifestyle, repetitive movements, stress and trauma of all kinds. Osteopathy allows the body to rebalance the different systems of the body. The manual Osteopath acknowledges the interdependence between structure and function of the body knowing that the body can regulate and heal itself if given the right conditions.

Sandra is a graduate of The D’Arcy Lane Institute and has been registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario since 1998. She has also been a student of Yoga since her early 20’s, and became a Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher in 2014. Sandra’s training allows her to incorporate Iyengar Yoga within her Massage Therapy practice to rehabilitate soft tissue injuries and augment movement and mobility.

As part of her professional development, Sandra continues to attend yoga workshops taught by both Canadian and International Senior Iyengar Teachers. Sandra’s practice includes massage clients and yoga students ranging from the very young to the elderly who are looking to incorporate movement into their lives.

Sandra has worked in many practice settings over the years, from multidisciplinary clinics to large yoga studios. Most recently practicing in the community of Port Franks.

Matt has been practicing Massage Therapy since 1998. Over the years, Matt’s practice has evolved through various forms, ranging from managing his private clinic to contributing his skills at one of Southwestern Ontario’s largest multidisciplinary sports medicine clinics, the Fowler Kennedy Sport Medicine Clinic.

In addition to his hands-on practice, Matt has shared his knowledge as an educator at both Lambton and Fanshawe College. Currently, he extends his expertise by conducting workshops across Canada. Matt also serves as a Sports Therapist at the National level with Rowing Canada, offering essential care to our Olympic athletes.

Recently, Matt completed a program in Manual Osteopathy. The integration of manual osteopathic techniques, coupled with conventional sports-related massage therapy, presents a distinctive and comprehensive treatment approach for his clients.
